How to Cancel an OnlyFans Subscription (and Can You Get a Refund?)

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not rewind the month you already bought. OnlyFans’ help text says all subscriptions are non-refundable, and you keep access until that paid period ends.

TL;DR

  • Open Following. It lists active and inactive subscriptions. Unsubscribe there.
  • The terms also let you switch off Auto-Renew on that creator’s account. Either path is the cancellation.
  • You are billed for the period you are in, and you can still view that creator until it ends.
  • No refund of the subscription, and the same rule covers tips, streams, paid posts, and paid messages, unless the terms were violated. That exception goes to support@onlyfans.com.
  • Each creator is a separate subscription. There is no “cancel all” in the help text.

The terms say a subscription renews at the current rate, plus indirect sales tax, unless you switched off Auto-Renew on that creator’s account.

You already paid for this stretch. Cancelling does not cut it short and does not hand the money back.

Can you get a refund?

The refund article, wording dated 25 November 2025, is one sentence wide: subscriptions, tips, streams, paid posts, and paid messages are non-refundable unless the terms of service were violated. If you believe they were, email support@onlyfans.com. Wallet credits you prepaid are also non-refundable under the terms.

A card dispute is not this form. OnlyFans says it cannot stop a fan from filing one, and a successful dispute comes out of the creator’s income and can limit the fan’s account. That is the chargeback policy, written so creators can see what happens, not so a fan can script a dispute.

Deleting the whole account is a different control, with different timing if you are also a creator. See how to delete an OnlyFans account. What the renewal looks like on a statement is the statement name.

Where these figures come from

  • Help Center, “How do I cancel a subscription?” and “How do I request a refund?” (wording dated 25 November 2025).
  • Terms of Use: auto-renew until Auto-Renew is off; wallet credits non-refundable; creator-earnings deduction if a chargeback succeeds.
