OnlyFans Payouts Explained: Schedule, Methods, Minimum and How Long They Take

OnlyFans does not run a payday. Each fan payment is split, held, then released on a rolling clock. The schedule below is the one in the Help Center and the company’s own Creator Center — not a creator-forum average.

TL;DR

  • Most creators: earnings sit in the pending balance for 7 days, then move to the current balance.
  • A small set of countries with high reversed transactions starts at 21 days, then switches to 7 days four months after the first earned transaction. OnlyFans does not publish the country list.
  • Minimum withdrawal depends on the method. For most methods it is $20. Your Statements page shows the figure that applies to you.
  • Withdraw manually, or set an automatic monthly, weekly, or daily payout where that method allows it. Automatic runs only above the minimum.
  • A request is processed immediately and should arrive in 3–5 business days (up to 10). That clock starts after the hold, not when the fan pays.
  • The 20% platform fee is already out. Bank and e-wallet charges are extra. The cut itself is how much OnlyFans takes.
Minimum $20

For most payout methods. Yours may differ.

After you request it 3–5 days

Business days. Some transfers take up to 10.

There is no weekly payday

OnlyFans pays from a current balance, not from a calendar. The Help Center defines the pending balance as what you earned during the last 7 days. For most creators, after 7 days those pending earnings move to the current balance and can be paid out.

The Creator Center uses the same hold with a dated example: a tip on 1 June stays pending until at least 8 June, then it can be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet. Because the hold is per transaction, money earned on a Tuesday does not wait for money earned on a Monday. The current balance fills in as each payment ages out.

If a fan is refunded or wins a chargeback, that shows up as an adjustment on the Statements page and can shrink the balance before you withdraw. The Terms of Use let OnlyFans deduct the creator-earnings portion of a refunded or charged-back fan payment.

How earnings move

  1. 1
    Day 0 Fan pays

Subscriptions, tips, PPV, and paid messages are charged in USD. Where indirect sales tax applies, the terms add it on top of the fan payment.

  2. 2
    Same day OnlyFans keeps 20%

The fee comes off each fan payment. A $50 payment leaves $40 of creator earnings. That split is the whole subject of how much OnlyFans takes.

  3. 3
7 days, or 21 Pending balance

Not withdrawable. Most creators wait 7 days. A few countries wait 21 days for the first four months after the first earned transaction.

  4. 4
    Once it clears Current balance

This is the only balance you can withdraw. It still has to clear the minimum for the payout method you chose.

  5. 5
3–5 business days Bank or e-wallet

Request it, or let an automatic payout run. Processed immediately. Usually 3–5 business days, and up to 10 in some cases.

Standard path. The 21-day pending hold replaces step 3 for creators in a small number of high-reversal countries, until four months after their first earned transaction.

A $50 payment, followed through

$50 fan payment − 20% fee = $40 creator earnings

Those $40 enter pending. For most creators they join the current balance after 7 days — in the company’s illustration, a 1 June tip is held until at least 8 June. If the current balance is already at the method minimum, a manual withdrawal that day is a separate transfer: processed immediately, expected in 3–5 business days, sometimes 10.

An automatic payout does not shorten the hold. The Creator Center says a weekly or monthly run includes only what has already rolled into the current balance by the date on the Statements page. Money that clears on Monday, with a Friday automatic run, waits until Friday. Then the bank clock starts.

Who waits 21 days

Creators in a small number of countries with a high level of reversed transactions keep a 21-day pending balance. Payouts switch to the 7-day rolling basis four months after the first earned transaction. OnlyFans does not name the countries. The release dates on your Statements page are the schedule that applies to the account.

The minimum

The terms say you cannot withdraw until the balance meets “the minimum payout amount requirement.” The Help Center is more specific: the minimum depends on the payout method, and for most methods it is $20. The Statements page shows the number for the method you selected.

Automatic payouts run only when the current balance is above that minimum. A $19 balance on a $20 method does not trigger a weekly run. It waits until later earnings clear and the total crosses the line.

Payout methods

Which rails you see depends on where you live. OnlyFans does not publish a global menu of countries, banks, wallets, and fees. The live list is the Banking section. What the contract and the help articles do document is the set below.

RouteWhereMinimumPublished feeAfter the request
Direct bank transfer If Banking offers it for your country. The terms treat this as the route whose details OnlyFans stores. Method-specific. $20 for most methods — confirm on Statements. No withdrawal fee is published. Your bank may charge to receive USD or convert it. 3–5 business days, up to 10
Bank wire outside the US Named in the late-payment help article, for wires outside the US. Not published as its own number. Check Statements. No wire fee is published. Receiving banks can still charge. Same window. Ask the bank for a trace ID if it is still missing after 10 days.
Other options, including e-wallets Country list inside Banking. For these, the terms say OnlyFans does not store what you register with the provider. Shown on Statements for that method. It can differ from $20. No OnlyFans fee is published. The terms say the e-wallet may charge conversion or other fees. Same window, if the method allows the payout.

Every route uses the same published transfer window. Not every route offers every cadence. Manual payouts use Request withdrawal on the Payout Requests page, when the method allows on-demand withdrawals. Automatic payouts can be monthly, weekly, or daily (if available). Daily is a property of the method, not a promise for every country.

All fan payments and creator earnings are in USD. The terms are explicit that OnlyFans does not control exchange rates, banking charges, or e-wallet charges, and does not pay them. A $200 withdrawal can land as less than $200. That gap is the receiving institution, not a second platform cut.

What we will not print: secondary guides often quote a wire fee near $30, or a wallet minimum near $100, and name specific wallets. Those figures are not in the Terms of Use or the Help Center articles this page uses, and the guides do not agree with each other. Until OnlyFans publishes a fee card, the Banking and Statements screens are the record.

How long a payout takes

Two clocks, in order.

  1. Hold. 7 days for most creators, or 21 days at the start in the high-reversal countries.
  2. Transfer. The Help Center says payout requests are processed immediately and should be paid within 3–5 business days, and that some take up to 10. The Creator Center gives the same 3–5 business day average for manual and automatic payouts into a bank, and says arrival time varies by where you live.

Business days leave out weekends and bank holidays, so a request late on a Friday often does not move until the next week. That is the banking calendar, not a second OnlyFans hold.

On the standard path, the fan payment is inside OnlyFans for 7 days and then in transit for 3–5 business days after you withdraw. Waiting for a weekly or monthly automatic run adds the gap until that date. The 21-day path is about two weeks longer at the start. None of those totals is a published guarantee. They are the two published clocks added together.

When it looks stuck

  • Still pending. It cannot be withdrawn. Read the release date on Statements.
  • Under the minimum. An automatic payout skips the run.
  • Suspended or rejected. The Help Center calls that an account issue and points creators to support@onlyfans.com. The terms also allow OnlyFans to withhold creator earnings while it reviews suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • Marked processed, then quiet for more than 10 days. OnlyFans says the delay is with the payment provider. Email payments@onlyfans.com with a bank statement. For a bank wire outside the US, ask the bank for the Destination Trace ID.

Identity checks sit upstream of all of this. The operating model, including verification, is on how OnlyFans works. What the 80% is worth across the creator base is on how much creators make and the earnings desk.

This is a reading of OnlyFans’ published payout rules, not payment, tax, or legal advice. Your Banking and Statements screens can differ by country and can change. Read the disclaimer.

Short answers

What is the OnlyFans payout schedule?

A rolling hold, not a fixed payday. Most earnings move from pending to the current balance after 7 days. You then withdraw manually or on a monthly, weekly, or — where available — daily automatic schedule.

What is the OnlyFans minimum payout?

$20 for most payout methods. The minimum depends on the method, and the Statements page shows the one on your account. Automatic payouts do not run below it.

How long do OnlyFans payouts take?

Seven days pending for most creators, then 3–5 business days after the request, sometimes up to 10. A few countries wait 21 days before the first four months are up.

Which OnlyFans payout methods are available?

Whatever Banking shows for your country. The public documents name direct bank transfer, bank wires outside the US, and other options such as e-wallets. They do not publish a country-by-country fee table.

Where these figures come from

  • OnlyFans Terms of Use, creator-payouts section: 20% fee, USD, minimum balance, bank and e-wallet charges, chargeback deductions, and the split between direct bank transfer and other payout options. Read against the public terms; a 13 January 2025 capture was used to confirm the clauses.
  • OnlyFans Creator Center: the 1 June / 8 June pending example, manual versus weekly or monthly withdrawal, and the 3–5 business day average.
  • OnlyFans Help Center, wording dated 25 November 2025: “How do I get paid my earnings on OnlyFans?”, “How long does it take to get paid my earnings on OnlyFans?”, “How long does it take to get paid?”, “Why is my payment delayed?”, and “Why have my payouts been suspended/rejected?”. The live help center is at onlyfans.com/help. It sits behind a bot check, so the sentences above are from that dated help text, cross-checked against the Creator Center where the two overlap.
