What changed in 2026

Radvinsky had been the controlling figure in public coverage for years. After his death, major outlets reported that his widow became the owner. Treat “who owns OnlyFans?” as a moving corporate fact — check the latest Companies House filings and reputable news, not screenshot threads.

The Architect Capital stake

May 2026 reporting described Architect Capital buying about 16% at a $3.15B equity valuation (implied cheque ~$504M). An earlier process rumoured near $8B did not close. At FY2025 figures that is about 2.0× net revenue and 4.4× pre-tax profit — a multiple that prices adult and payment risk, not just cash generation.

Cash leaving the business

FY2025 pre-tax profit was about $715M on $1.55B net revenue. Ordinary dividends for the year were reported around $535M, with additional distributions discussed into March 2026. The company historically ran without a classic VC cap table; the Architect minority is the first widely reported institutional slice.

Employees vs scale

Fenix cited roughly 47 employees in FY2025 communications, plus a large external moderation layer (~1,500 in press). GMV per employee is extreme; that is a product of platform leverage and contractor staffing, not proof that 47 people manually run every feed.
